Several dedicated Kapol leaders and visionaries have made consistent efforts to bring together Kapol community around the world over last 50 years. There are several dedicated and passionate Kapol regional groups in different part of the world. All these leaders, volunteers and community members have made strong efforts to keep our community spirit alive. 

This project of Global Kapol Vikas is an informal online gathering of interested Kapols who have all along made strong efforts for community unity. In that sense, this is not any new organization.

There is no formal structure, authority, hierarchy or leadership. This is an ongoing efforts by dedicated volunteers and leaders. There are many Kapol individuals who have created unified association for global kapol. They have also created events, directory, database and some formulated some clear ideas. 

We will request all those leaders and Kapol family members to actively participate in this online gathering. We will request them to provide leadership, guidance, blessings and use this new team to continue their original vision. 

This online gathering, informal association belongs to entire Kapol community. Everyone is requested to come forward and provide ideas, leadership. We specially requested many individuals who have already done tremendous work in the past. 

Many of us may not be aware of the work done in the past at national or regional level to keep Kapol community spirit alive. We will request anyone who is aware of those attempts to share the work done in the past. And all Kapol individuals, families who were ever involved in project of this nature, are requested to share their vision, ideas, take-over projects, provide leadership, give guidance and provide blessings.
