Connecting Kapol Receivers And Givers (RAG) Network
All of us give something to society and we receive something from the society. On Sunday, 8th Nov 2020, interested Kapol Families will have the opportunity to share what they want to GIVE to the Kapol Community. Kapol Givers can register their name using the short form and share what they want to give in following 9-Categories:
1) Referrals, Introductions: Most Kapols are successful leaders. You can reference other Kapols for job, matrimonial, business, travel and education purposes.
2) Education, Training, Ideas, Mentorship: Many Kapols hold professional degrees and they have successful career experience. Interested Kapols can give ideas, training, mentorship to upcoming Kapol youngsters.
3) Hospitality, Home-Stay, Student Exchange: After Covid-19 is over, you can invite other Kapol youngsters visiting your city for business, education or travel to stay with you or you can refer them to a good hotel. Those Kapol youngsters going from India to new countries like USA, Canada can benefit by getting connected with some host family in these countries.
4) Business ideas:: Many Kapols have set-up successful businesses. They have some good business ideas and plans. Interested Kapols can share business ideas with others and empower other Kapol entrepreneurs.
5) Health: Kapols doctors can provide life-saving medical support during emergencies such as Covid-19. Kapol doctors can register themselves as interested social service volunteers to help other Kapols in health related matters.
6) Professional Services: Kapols have reached great heights in their respective professional careers such as CA, CS, Attorney, Architect. Interested Kapols can volunteer their time & reach new clients.
7) Quality Products: If you are manufacturing or trading in high-quality products, you can register your name and provide guidance to Kapols about your industry.
8) Religion & Culture: If you have unique knowledge and understanding about religion, culture, arts or history, you can register your name and guide other Kapols.
9) Finance or Donations: Register your name if you wish to give donation, scholarship or venture capital to other Kapols.
Using online tools we can create and manage databases of interested Kapol Giving in every location. Whenever other Kapol families want to receive anything, they can contact Kapol Giver for advice and support.
Most of us are familiar with student exchange program, student & business mentoring program, home-stay, airbnb, business networking, job fairs etc. Interested Kapols can participate in Kapol Receiving And Giving (RAG) Network program and support other Kapols & receive support in-return.
If you choose to participate in Kapol Receiving & Giving program, you will provide following contribution:
1) You will decide on the specific city, location or state for which you wish to support other Kapols.
2) You will also decide on what type of services you can provide to Kapols who will contact you and whether you will like to do it on honorary basis or charge fees.
3) You can provide advice, referrals, business ideas on Zoom or Whatsapp and after covid situation is over, you can provide in-person support if you wish.
Example of Kapol Receiving & Giving situation:
1) Let us say, young Kapol student from Mumbai wants to study in Canada or America and they need advice on university, city, finance or mentorship support, they can contact Kapol Givers listed in different cities in USA and Canada. So, a student coming to Atlanta will contact interested Kapol Giver advisor in Atlanta and receive support.
2) Another possible example is that Kapol business man is planning to expand business in Kenya, Africa or Australia or Europe. They can contact interested & listed Kapol Rahbar in those countries and receive their help.
3) Let us say, a Kapol family living in the United States for several decades decides to visit their ancestral village in Mahuva, and some Kapol family in Mahuva or other Saurashtra region can help them.
Kapol RAG network can help Kapols connect with each other and receive very valuable guidance and support.
To participate in this idea is simple:
1) Fill-up Kapol RAG form and suggest locations and support you wish to provide.
2) Interested Kapols will contact you as per your convenient time and platform. You will specify how you wish to be contacted.
3) Provide them support and receive support in-turn whenever you need it!
Through this idea, Kapol Local Givers can experience the joy and adventure of helping fellow Kapols, build new relationships and receive valuable support whenever they need.
