Sharadbhai Parekh suggested a brilliant idea to support Kapol Kids in joining IAS exam. If in the coming 10 years, we can support 80-100 Kapol kids join the IAS cadre, our community will experience unprecedented power and success.

We can invite JITO IAS program planner, current serving IAS officer who passed through JITO’s support, Kapol IAS officer Pravinbhai Laheri and someone from US Civil Service/Political background like Kaushal Mehta or anyone who has served at senior level in US Govt.

Kapol IAS Program will be a long-term, strategic program to support Kapol Kids in discovering and fulfilling the possibility of serving India by being part of Indian Administrative Service (IAS).

KIP Program will have following steps:

1) Awareness:

On 10th Jan 2021, Global Kapol Vikas can host an awareness program to educate Kapol kids and parents about the power & benefits of IAS.

In this program, expert IAS coaches and existing/retired IAS officers will provide information and pathways for the student to be an IAS officer.

Kapol youngsters from the age group of 16 years to 22 years can attend KIP-Awareness Seminar.

2) Entrance Test:

We can keep an entrance test of interested Kapol students to identify students with interest, aspirations and skills to participate in IAS support program.

3) Study Support:

Kapol students who qualify in the Entrance Test will receive sponsorship and support to complete their IAS Study. It may take 12-18 months of time to complete the preparation for passing the IAS examination. The Kapol community will make arrangements for the students to concentrate on their studies and provide support of expert teachers and learning resources.
